Directions for Use
- Adults: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue every half hour for 4 doses initially and then every 4 hours until symptoms are relieved.

ORAL SPRAY
Arnicaeze Arnica Oral Spray for muscle pain and bruising contains Arnica Montana, which is traditionally used in homeopathic medicine to help relieve strains, sprains, bruising and sore, aching muscles. It may, therefore, help to relieve muscular pain caused by overexertion, heavy work or sporting activities. The oral spray is easy to carry with you and easy to take.
Directions for Use
- Adults and children over 12 years: 4 sprays.
- Children 2-12 years: 2 sprays.
Initially, spray under the tongue every half hour for 4 doses. Then, use every 4 hours until symptoms are relieved. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.

PILULES
Arnicaeze Arnica Pilules for muscle pain and bruising contain Arnica Montana, which is traditionally used in homeopathic medicine to help relieve strains, sprains, bruising and sore, aching muscles.
It may therefore help to relieve muscular pain caused by overexertion, heavy work or sporting activities. Pilules are very small traditional homeopathic pills.
You may find pilules easier to dissolve in your mouth and swallow than taking a tablet. The pack includes 1 x 8g plastic vial containing approximately 200 pilules.
Directions for Use
- Adults and children over 12 years: 4 pilules.
- Children 2 – 12 years: 2 pilules.
